B. Mixing the functional polyacrylonitrile mother liquor containing carbonate with polyacrylonitrile stock liquor to obtain polyacrylonitrile solution for vanadium battery;
C. The polyacrylonitrile felt was woven from polyacrylonitrile solution for vanadium battery, pre oxidized, and then reacted under the protection of nitrogen. After the reaction is completed, the vanadium battery electrode is cooled.
